Message of School Head

With over a century of existence, Alcala East Central School has been a bastion of excellence and outstanding performance. Since its foundation in 1920, the school has been a witness to the harsh episodes of history – the Spanish flu pandemic, World War II, and strong typhoons that buffeted the indomitable spirits of Alcaleños and yet the school withstood them all. It continued to deliver basic education services not only for Alcaleños but also non-locals.

It has produced graduates who have done great contributions to the community. Some became doctors, lawyers, accountants, politicians, and high –ranking government officials. Some became prime-movers of the society, influencers, and agents of transformation and progress.

Alcala East Central School is beset again with pandemic - the COVID 19; however, just like what happened 100 years ago, we shall remain steadfast and unfaltering! We shall continue to be the institution that will bring hope, love, and harmony in Alcala and the rest of the world. #1AECS
