Quarter 1 Narrative Report

EsP / VE / GMRC and Related Programs

The first quarter, the implementation of Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP), Values Education (VE), and Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) focused on nurturing learners’ values, positive behavior, and social responsibility in alignment with the MATATAG curriculum. Activities emphasized character formation, respect for self and others, love for family, and community involvement. Related programs such as homeroom guidance, school-based values initiatives, and collaborative projects further supported holistic development. Teachers employed interactive strategies, reflective discussions, and real-life applications to ensure that values taught were meaningfully practiced by learners inside and outside the classroom.

LAC

The Learning Action Cell (LAC) for EsP/GMRC serves as a venue for teachers to collaboratively discuss, share, and enhance teaching strategies in values education. It focuses on developing effective methods such as storytelling, role-playing, and situational activities to instill honesty, respect, discipline, and other core Filipino values in learners.

Faithbook Orientation

Faithbook is a values formation program that integrates faith, character, and positive values into the daily lives of learners. It provides activities, reflections, and meaningful experiences that strengthen moral development, promote kindness, respect, and responsibility, and guide pupils in making good choices inspired by faith and Filipino values.
