ABES LRC Appointment Form

This form shall be filled out by teachers who plan to use the LRC for their class activities, LAC sessions, and other professional meetings.

The date and time are subject to the approval of the Librarian or LR coordinator.

Please fill out the form ahead of your desired date and time.

This is to assure that all teachers are given a chance to use the LRC.
