Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE)

The MOOE is the allocated funds that can be spent on activities and necessities that support learning programs and help maintain a safe and healthy environment in schools. 

*TUAO VTS-CULUNG ANNEX is a non-implementing unit. A non-implementing unit (non-IU) does not have its own financial staff and receives its allocations of school MOOE from their respective SDOs in the form of cash advance.
