Figure 1 shows the percentage of teaching personnel by position at Afusing National High School. It is shown in the graph that 62% (21 of 34) of the teaching personnel are Teacher III. Eight (8) out of 34 or 23% of the teachers occupy the Teacher II position. Master Teacher 1 and Teacher 1 positions share the same percentage of six (2 out of 34). The Master Teacher II position is 3% because only one (1) teacher occupies the said position.

Figure 2 reflects the percentage of non-teaching position at Afusing National High School. It is seen on the graph that 40% (2 out of 5) of the non-teaching personnel are the Administrative Assistants II. Principal, Head Teacher, and Admin Aide share the same percentage as these positions only have one (1) personnel in each position.

As gleaned on Figure 3, the highest percentage, 46% or 18 out of 39, is for the educational attainment of teachers who have units in their Master’s Degree. Teachers with Master’s Degree are 41% (16 out of 39) of the total population. Also, eight (8) % (3 out of 39) of personnel’s population are for those who have units in their Doctorate Degree. Moreover, personnel who have Bachelor’s Degree is five (5)% (2 out of 39) of the total population.
