Lex Stanly S. Arellano, 11, bagged the first place in Science Quiz Bee contest in the District and Municipal level during the ScieMathlympics held on June 18, 2021.

"I was not expecting for a good harvest due to the very limited time given to us but I tried my best to prepare my contestant," coach Evangeline C. Erjas said.

"We were not able to review online due to poor signal but blessed we are that we are neighbors so, our review arrangements was easier" she added.

On the other hand, Arellano happily shared his experience in joining the contest specially how he catch up in the difficult round.

"I was not the top scorer during the easy and average round but luckilly I was able to answer most of the questions in the difficult round that favored me the first place," said Arellano.

Meanwhile, Eramae P. Butay, placed 5th in the Math Quiz bee.

The Scie-Math Olympics was conducted virtually via Google Meet platform.

The said activity was the first contest conducted this School Year due to the health risks of Covid-19.
