Don Jose Paulino Elementary School was founded in 2009 which was named after its lot donor DON JOSE PAULINO. It is 5.2 km away from Divisoria, Enrile-Sta. Maria Provincial Road. It is located at the heart of Sitio Cannagan, Divisoria, Enrile, Cagayan. It is the smallest and the farthest school in the District.

It is currently headed by a Teacher-In-Charge together with three (3) Teachers serving seventy-eight (78) pupils. It consists of a kindergarten class and three (3) multigrade classes.

Majority of the pupils are Itawes and they speak Itawit. Farming is the main source of income of the community.
