Taggat Norte Elementary School(TNES) prides itself on the quality of its educational system, the elementary curriculum, the professionalism and dedication of its staff, the enthusiasm of its students and the high level of support provided by parents and community members.

TNES is located in Taggat Norte, Claveria, Cagayan overlooking the legendary Lakay-Lakay. It was built on 1970 through the initiative of Taggat Industries. It was once a primary and Annex school of Taggat Elementary School but due to the increasing number of learners, it became an elementary school on 2007 wherein it’s first batch of learners graduated .

The school continuously upgrades itself in the implementation of technology as shown by the ICT literate teachers, presence of computers and televisions connected to an internet provider, which is of great help in the teaching-learning process.

TNES serves an average of 200 learners each year which mostly come from Taggat Norte, Taggat Sur and Fuga Island respectively.
