Dr. Juan F. Pascual Memorial School aims to deliver quality education to every learner. For this reason, it works in collaboration with the SELG (Supreme Elementary Learner Government) and YES-O (Youth for Environment in Schools Organization) officers by launching a reading program for pupils who need assistance in reading every 12:30 to 1:00 pm. from Monday to Friday. The said initiative was derived from Project BUSILAK (Basahin, Unawain, Sagutin, Ibibigay na Learning materials nila Ate at Kuya), developed by SELG and YES-O Officers with the guidance of their advisers, Mrs. Michelle A. Manuel and Mr. Emil G. Lacanilao, with the aim of serving and helping the development of the school and ensuring that nobody is left behind.
