Kami, ang pamunuan ng samahan ng mga guro sa Paaralang Baranggay ng Tabon, ay nangangakong:
Taos pusong maglilingkod nang may kahusayan, katapatan at paggalang;
Aming bibigyang-pansin agad ang mga hinaing at ang saloobin ng lahat;
Bawat suhestyon ay aming isasaalang-alang para sa ikabubuti ng lahat;
Oras namin ay ilalaan para sa paghubog ng mga mag-aaral;
Nang pagdating ng panahon sila’y maging mabuti at kapakipakinabang na mamamayan.
