Dagupan Elementary School was established in 1960 with the vision of making every learner functionally literate and productive member of the community.

DES supportively and interactively implements all the programs, projects and activities of the Department of Education. It collaboratively works with the internal and external stakeholders in ensuring quality education parallel to the current need of the society.

Today, Dagupan Elementary School is continuously taking its step towards its greatest dream “ To be SBM Level 2 in 2022 and SBM Level 3 in 2023.” With Gods guidance and with the stakeholders support, DES will surely attain this dream.
