Langagan Elementary School. Raise the Young Voices to Supremacy
“Raise the Young Voices to Supremacy”
Addressing the critical issues facing public education, Langagan Elementary School is underpinned by the belief that quality public instruction is essential for a healthy society. It is in their premise that the desire for the best pervades every aspect of the institution. It is our goal to reach far beyond our resent stage into ever-expanding visions of opportunity to excel.
Clearly everyone is in favor of excellence yet targeting high expectations for quality education carries within it enormous responsibilities in this time of global health problem.
In the school, mentors and learners are manned by the School Administrator who share challenges and setbacks. But as we share initiatives and activities to affect meaningful learning, we bring stories of hope and wisdom.
The idea of responding favorably to the thrusts and programs of the Department raise the young voices to supremacy; for the goal of quality education is to develop the full capacities of the learner and to support the unfolding of individual potential.
As a response to the changes and challenges amidst this pandemic, the scenario in schools has drastically changed the landscape of learning modalities. The current reform calls for every mentor is critically reflect on their role of professional work in the context of education.
Anchored on unified efforts with the internal and external stakeholders, we serve the opportunity to deliver quality instruction to every Filipino child in the school.
Thus, we believe and it is coherent that we are one with this endeavor of the Department of Education.
Altogether, we can make things possible most importantly on the holistic development of the learners.
I am grateful beyond words to be a part of this endeavor.
May God bless us all.

In most school buildings, the office is known to be ‘a hub around area’ which all school businesses and other activities revolve. It is a part that describes the whole school’s public aura. A sole place which welcomes, smiles and talks in our behalf-our face.
But as the years passed by, the face has been ‘out of show’, seen but unnoticed and drastically out of place. It may seem unimportant, not valuable unlike the other stuffs.
Until few months ago, a transformer leader came in the name of Dr. Remedios A. Ines PhD, Principal 2. A woman with a clear vision to always fulfill her mission and as described, she was awarded as an outstanding School Principal in her previous station.
As a Transformational leader, she always wants the best to anywhere and anything she is assigned to. So in Langagan Elementary School she had noticed that the face of the school hasn’t been polished for a long time. So she had an imaginary vision of a beautiful transformation, a better change for the school. She looked into a positive side and intensely dreamt of it to transform from of that ignored, plain and pale area into a beautifully colored school office.
She inspired her subordinates to achieve extraordinary outcomes despite of financial scarcity. She was genuine, and passionate to see better changes and that made her subordinates became even more supportive. She stimulated the start of the project and asked financial support from different stakeholders who were immensely sympathetic in the needs of the school.
And so, in just 3 months’ time, the Transformation of Langagan ES Office is finally tangible. No more roof holes, for it was changed into new ones, repaired lavatory, a neatly painted wall, presence of set round tables for staff meetings/sessions, a big mirror, and a simple but classy and elegant School Principal ‘s Office. A dream became a reality, indeed!
Ma’am Remy always says that “No matter how beautiful now the office is set up, the main ingredient for a successful office experience for visitors is to have the right people working there”. Still the right attitude is a must. Because Parents’ impressions of schools, for better or worse, are often formed by their office interactions. If you are greeted warmly and promptly, then your overall mindset toward the school is accented toward the positive. “Everybody is welcome”, she added.
