It traces its roots to assignment of John H. Manning Butler, Superintendent of Public Instruction I Cagayan in 1902 when American teachers were assigned in several stations in the province hence the establishment of Bidduang Primary School in 1931 which Mr. & Mrs. Aurelio Rodriguez and Mr. & Mrs. Aurelio de los Angeles as the pioneers. With the growing population, then Hon. Pedro B. Maquiraya,
Alcalde, worked for its completion thus it became Bidduang Elementary School in 1959. With Ms. Borromeo, Ms. Juliana Rodriguez, Mrs. Juanita D. Borromeo and Mr. Manuel Melad as the pioneer teacher with their head Mr. Francisco Yabis.
Bidduang ES caters to the basic education of the elementary pupils who belong to the 2,224 population from the 612 families as revealed in the latest population survey.
