Above all, I am thankful for we are given the privilege to join in this activity, where school websites assist to enhance the school's culture and ecosystem, to highlight the school's best qualities and to show how welcoming the school community is to all stakeholders, parents, students, educators and community members. The website effectively communicate the school's vison and mission, the qualities and offerings to each of the stakeholders.

Dalaya Elementary School lies in a hilly part of barangay Dalaya. Its ambiance is very conducive to teaching and learning. It belongs to a small school category of La-lo Central District, Lal-lo, Cagayan with and enrollment of 136 with 7 teaching personnel and an LGU paid utility worker. The school actively participates in academic contest and curricular activities.

We teachers in this institution have a whole new experiences and challenges in handling our jobs in the midst of the COVID-Pandemic. However, the good news is: crisis and the response to it expose weaknesses in educational systems. Creating opportunities to reshape school education to a new paradigm that is more resilient, the use of different learning modalities.

Teachers enhanced their knowledge and skill in ICT where ICT permeates all aspects of their lives. Besides, its presence everywhere, Information Technology has an immense economic significance on teachers' lives to meet the needs of the learners. Therefore, the school website is important to change at pace schools globally.
