Ganzano ES teaching staff led by the school head, Jemazel S. Ignacio participated in the three-day Division Webinar on Lesson Study for Elementary Math Teachers held on March 8-10,2021. The said webinar was conducted through the leadership of Ma’am Jecelyn M. De Leon, Public Schools District Supervisor of Gattaran West District.

The webinar on Lesson Study in Math was joined by the Elementary Math Teachers and school heads in the Division of Cagayan. Ganzano ES Team participated and accomplished all the outputs required per session. On the last day of webinar, Ma’am De Leon and her team in the Division Office conducted awarding ceremony to recognize the participants who did well in the outputs they submitted. Luckily, Ganzano Team garnered 3^rd place in making Action Plan in Mathematics out of many schools in the Division.

The Ganzano Elementary School teaching staff namely, Angeline B.Collado,T(Kindergarten), Reinabeth S. Macabangon, T1, (Grade 1), Lerma B. Martinez, T3, (Grade 2), Jennifer V. Tuscano, T3, (Grade 3), Cherry Andrea M. Tolentino, T3, (Grade 4), Ayreen E. Alegre, T3, (Grade 5), Alma M. Rabusa, T1, (Grade 6), through the leadership of their school head Jemazel S. Ignacio, Principal II, continuously print self-learning modules for the pupils in each grade.

Every start of the week, printed self-learning modules are distributed to the learners through their parents since children are not allowed to go out due to the IATF Protocol. After a week, modules distributed to the learners are retrieved. Upon waiting for retrieval, the teaching staff of Ganzano Elementary School take time to check the works of the learners and print modules again for the upcoming week.

However, amid the global pandemic, the school head and teachers of Ganzano Elementary school continue to work together as a team in the name of education for the children of this generation.
