Annual Implementation Plan

This policy sets out the requirement for schools to develop on Annual Implementation Plan (AIP). This is a foundational to school improvement and it is a core part of school function. Directly aligned to the School Strategic Plan (SSP), the AIP articulates how the school’s four-year goals, targets and Key Improvement Strategies (KIS) will be implemented and evaluated. The AIP articulates the school’s vision for the future, and is instrumental in building collective acceptance and willingness to support and participate for the plan to achieve this vision.
