Bilibigao Elementary School has reached its realization because of the invaluable support and efforts of the community people.
It started in a house of a very supportive and concerned resident, a certain Mr. Florencio Suguitan a couple of year after the Second World War. He was also then the teacher where non-formal education was practiced. The operation continued until the residents decided to put up a better and bigger classroom.
So, in 1972, the community people finally raised a concrete classroom where school children in the community and adjacent barangays are attending for a formal education. Before, it was Bilibigao Primary Community School because of little number of school children.
Number of school children was increased that’s why, sometime in early 1980’s, another building was built with three rooms. That time on, they made this school as complete elementary school. And in 1982, another two-room building was built to accommodate uncontrolled number of school children from the barangay and adjacent barangays.
But some time in 1997, this school became primary because the adjacent barangay was able to put up their own complete elementary school. In 2000, this school was able to return it into complete elementary school by the district supervisor, Mr. Rodolfo Dalisay because of its increasing number of population, but this time, in combination classes with four(4) mentors. In September 2014, a principal was assigned to man Bilibigao Elementary School.
