Villa Cielo Elementary School is a home to every learner that caters young mind to learn, grow, upskill and achieve.

It provides the opportunity to learn and explore where learners develop and improve innate skills and abilities, acquire essential values and develop ideals and goals for tomorrow's fulfilment.

"Education is the passport t the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today." -Malcolm X Villa Cielo Elementary School is known as producer of professionals. There has been many successful graduates since its establishment in 1945. They are scattered everywhere in the world. Thus, I considered VCES, a home for lifelong learning. Molding young children holistically has been the dream of every administrator that led VCES its flight to quality, accessible and relevant education. Educating them is the best way of creating their future making them self-reliant, productive and globally competitive.

As Principal of the school, I am challenged to continue the legacy of other administrators. I strongly dream of every child in the community to be successful someday. Young children should be properly nurtured with the basic knowledge, skills and values needed as they pursue their higher quest for learning. Strong foundation builds a strong future. This I believe can be made possible through the cooperation of my co-educators in the school and all stakeholders - external and internal. Our commitment and dedications as teachers is essential in molding the young minds. We teachers should see to it that no child is left behind. Patience, too is a virtue. We interact with diverse learners with dicerse need. There is a need for us to be vigilant to this diversity of learners so we can meet their individual needs. Let us be sensitive enough to each learner and be creative in addressing their diverse needs. Let us remember, teachers can make or unmake a child.

Teacher-In-Charge

This is the first ever school website of Villa Cielo Elementary School, Buguey South District of SDO- Cagayan.

The initiative of SDO- Cagayan thru the leadership of our Schools Division Superintendent Sir Orlando E. Manuel, PhD., CESO V that all schools will be able to create its own website has materialized thru Project WEBS.

Information regarding our school operations, services and issuances are now accessible in the internet. The school teaching staff shall provide our client partners and stakeholders with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding school processes in this school website. It will highlight all our programs, activities and projects to foster improved communication for accountability and transparency purposes.

We will be constantly updating our content with helpful information from our school and we will share some important announcements and advisory from our partner agencies. We would like to thank our SDO –Cagayan ICT Unit headed by the innovative IT Officer Sir Andrew T. Taaca and the Technical Working Group for extending their expertise and technical assistance in the realization of this project. Likewise, special gratitude is given to the teaching staff and all those who help us to make this site an avenue of information to all digital citizens in the World Wide Web.

Above all, we offer our thanksgiving to our Almighty God for the provision of wisdom and perseverance in the finalization of this project.

Villa Cielo Elementary School Conducted Early Registration for Kindergarten and Grade 1 pupils for the school year 2021-2022

Last March 26, 2021 was declared by the Department of Education as the kick off ceremony for the Early Registration for the school year 2021-2022 to facilitate and administer pre-enrollment in all public elementary and secondary schools including ALS.

In accordance with the DepEd Memorandum No. 008, s. 2021, Villa Cielo Elementary School conducted early registration for the incoming Kindergarten and Grade 1 pupils with the compliance to the IATF health protocols. As of April 31, 2021, we already listed 20 Kindergarten pupils (6 male and 14 female) and 19 Grade 1 pupils (9 male and 10 female).
