Tabbac Elementary School is considered as one of the last mile schools in SDO Cagayan. The school where you can see diverse learners, to name a few, we have Igorots, Aetas, Ibanags, Itawes, Iloko and others.

The school was built through the initiatives of the old folks in the late 90's - 1960 to be exact. According to stories, the school was made up of woods. It opened with two grade levels - the grades 1 and 2. As times go by and with the increasing number of school children, it was approved as complete Elementary and regarded as multigrade school for how many years. At present, the school has complete teachers from Kinder to Grade 6 however it lacks classrooms.
