MESSAGE OF THE SCHOOL HEAD
Paddaya Este Elementary School is a Child-friendly institution where passionate teachers were assigned to help build the future of the children. Yes, we called it PEES, the “Cradle of the Dream Achievers”, it is not just a school, but a home to nurture the young minds with the core values as they are guided with the brilliant minds of the teachers, harmoniously working together in developing the young ones in their Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual aspects of their personality. Things are not possible without the support of the parents, barangay officials, community leaders, stakeholders, and all the civic oriented people who understood the essence of “unity and camaraderie”. “Respect, love, and knowledge” are the foundational elements for educating children. These values are in the heart of how PEES educates its learners and offers the opportunity to develop their potentials. PEES inculcates into the minds and hearts of the children the strong sense of self confidence, responsibility, and determination as they learn to appreciate the beauty of life.
Our Website is our online home, but there is something more special about personally visiting our true home where the atmosphere is changed with excitements. We enthusiastically welcome you for a personal visit so you can experience firsthand the “PEES Magic” and appreciate the passion for a school that instills excellence and a transformer of generations. We the teachers of PEES have the passion to commit ourselves with our hearts as the guardians and mentors to the success of the children in this community where great and passionate graduates are nurtured.
Nakakataba ng puso naming mga guro ang makita namin na ang karamihan sa aming mga nagiging mag-aaral ay mga propesyonal na at may kanya-kanyang trabaho at nagsisilbi sa mga sangay na kanilang kinabibilangan, maging ang mga ito ay pribado man o pampublikong kawanihan. Ang mga ito ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa amin upang aming ipagpatuloy ang aming nasimulang adhikain, ang magabayan ang aming mga mag-aaral sa kanilang pagtahak tungo sa tagumpay, kung saan ang paaralang ito ang nagsisilbing pundasyon at kanlungan nila ng unang pitong taon ng kanilang pag-aaral.

PADDAYA ESTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, as we tagged it as the “Cradle of the Dream Achievers”, has been really a cradle for those young ones who have dreams to fulfill. This was proven by the young professionals who have rooted from this “Cradle”. In the year 2006, the first dreamers have marched on stage in sweet smiles with the hope that they will become successful in the near future. Their dreams have been achieved in the year 2014. Anna Marie M. Abad-Antiporda, got her license in passing the Licensure Examination for Customs Broker. Mark John P. Agoto is employed in the Philippine Coast Guard. Pamela Camille T. Adviento-Sotelo and Ana Claire T. Malazzab, preferred to work overseas for a better life for their family. Licensed teachers followed the footsteps of our pioneers. Mesdames Marjorie P. Usquisa, Leslie T. Unida, and Angelica Malazzab, as well as sir Renren A. Arellano, are now enjoying doing their mission-imparting knowledge to children. Jonathan L. Urtiz finished his course BS in Accountancy, soon to be a certified Accountant if given the chance, with the permission of the Almighty. Norman Jay B. Urtiz is a seafarer who enjoys sailing to different countries while on board to the ship he works on, while Philip Caesar B. Urtiz, his twin brother is in service at the Philippine National Police. Eric G. Labog and Martin A. Malazzab are doing their part as members of the PNP too, to serve their fellowmen. Edmund G. Labog is on guard to our coasts, joined the Philippine Coast Guard last year. Ma. Angel U. Tacuboy is a Licensed Customs Broker. They are just a few of our graduates who have dreamed of becoming a somebody to lift the status of life they have and help their family and their community as well. It is indeed an achievement not only for themselves but for us teachers, who guided them in their six years of struggles in their studies while on their process of growth and development as they enjoyed their childhood days in this school of love and passion. As advocates of Education, we are happy to see our graduates doing great in the field they have chosen to live with. We will continue to do our part with the hope of producing more successful individuals that will become assets of this humble place, Paddaya Este, where weavers of “Pandan leaves” live, as can be related to the phrase “Weavers of Dreams”. Sa mahal naming mga mag-aaral, sana makita ninyo ang kahalagahan ng “Edukasyon” at gawing inspirasyon ang mga ate at kuya ninyong may ipinagmamalaki nang kurso. Anumang hirap ang pinagdaanan nila, hindi iyon naging balakid upang kanilang marating ang kanilang mga pangarap noong sila ay katulad ninyong mga bata pa lamang. Kung kinaya nila, kakayanin din ninyo, anupa’t kayo ay nag-ugat sa paaralang ito, PEES, “Cradle of the Dream Achievers”.
