History

Lasilat is one of the forty-eight (48) barangays of the municipality of Baggao. It is bounded by Annayatan on the South, Barangay San Isidro and Catugay on the West, Awallan in its North and Hacienda in the East. It has a land total area of 280 hectare.

Lasilat Elementary School is one of the 16 schools in Baggao East District in the Municipality of Baggao, being opened in 1930.

The school is located in the heart of the barangay with 11,050 square-meter lot fronting the municipal road and rice fields.
