1.”Bote Ko Alay Ko” for waste bin.

2. “Kapwa Ko, Turo Ko” to improve reading abilities of pupils in Bulala Sur Elementary School.

3. “Basurang Kita Ko Pulot Ko” to be rode model of cleanliness to co-pupils.

SPG By Laws

1. That each SPG officer should help maintain discipline during flag ceremony.

2. That each SPG officer should help in waste segregation.

3. Each have an obligation to collect waste materials from each grade to maintain waste segregation.

4. Anyone caught b y the teacher the officer throwing his/her wrappers around the campus shall be:

1^st offense: go to SPG President and

2^nd offense: to the SPG adviser

3^rd offense: will be fine 5 bottles

5. No one should play around the parks/tear/pick /any plant ornamental or vegetables around the school.

6. No one should vandalize or play on the painted walls and parks.

1^st offense: should call to the office

2^nd offense: call the parent

3^rd offense: donate paint and paint the wall damage

7. No one should go/play inside any classroom for classroom is use only for instruction
