MESSAGE OF THE SCHOOL HEAD
Dreams and visions are held in my arm when I enter this school. Being a leader in my love school is undeniably makes me blissful. Bulala Sur Elementary School my precious home that I work for the past three years. For three years that my dreams and visions comes to reality. I am going to unpacked my dreams starting with the thing I had finished. My priority is truly academic, where I conducted the BROWS activity.
Reading on Words and Syllables, here our goal is to have zero non reader pupil. A token and certificate of recognition is awarded to my teachers who attained zero non reader at the end of school year. This is a manifestation my high regard on their hardships, encourage them and boost their confidence.
I believe too that academic never become reality without a friendly environment. So I also finished our School Park where learners can stay, hung up during their free time, study time to be inspired with its fresh ambiance of air under the trees, school ground cemented. Using vehicle tires for landscaping that adds color to our school aside from flowering plants in bloom. Handwashing is finished to emphasized cleanliness and sanitation is also my concern. And lastly our bell tower that rings every time emphasizes time. That time in our school is essential and never be wasted.
A child-centered institution as my focus despite of many challenges that I may encounter in the field of managerial process. The school is considered as a second home of every learner. At first I doubt if I could perform the duties and responsibilities of being a school head but God did not forsake me. He always guide me in every thing I do for the improvement of the school.
