Barangay Bulala Norte is a miniature triangular of the Municipality of Aparri which lies along the coast of China Sea, now called Philippine Sea. And within the north is the Babuyan Channel. The Barangay’s divided into 7 zones for the sake of conveniences.

It is one of the fourty two (42) Barangays of Aparri with a total land area of 570,807 square meters. Barangay Bulala Norte was bordered by Bulala Norte. It takes 104 kilometers upon reaching the Provincial Capitol. Its’s nearby Municipality of Ballesteros, about 7.8 kilometers.

The Bulala Norte Elementary School of Aparri West District is one of performing school in the western Aparri which is located at Bulala Norte , Aparri, 3515 Cagayan Region 02 Philippines with a school ID: 102459 .The school has a total land area of 2,602 sq.meter . It is 7.8 kilometers away from the nearest poblacion ballesteros, 800 meters from the nearest public elementary school, Bulala Sur Elementary School, 300 meters from the nearest public secondary school,Aparri West National High School, 48 kilometers away from the district office.

For the past three years, it has no record of incidence of crimes and other human-included hazards as well as natural hazards. Tracing back its existence, the school was established in early 1939s. Previous records show, in terms of enrolment, it has more than two hundred (200+) pupils until such time that it went down to less than two hundred because of the establishment of a nearby elementary school, Bulala Sur Elementary School. But there are still enrollees coming from this barangay that composed atleast two percent (2%) of the total learners’ population. At present, the school has a total population of ninety seven (97 ) pupils
