Teachers’ duties are unparalleled. Nothing beats the daily teaching venture they have to go through. They play a very significant role in school in terms of achievement, performance and improvement.

The influence of teachers can never be forgotten. They are not simply to impart knowledge but also to mold the character and personality of their learners. Teachers have the potential to build and transform a learner's life. Their position doesn’t confine only to their classrooms. They go beyond their roles and teach learners with life skills and worldly-wise intellect. They form a bond that builds trust. They nurture the learner's personality. Help the struggling learners cope with studies and help them discover their hidden talents. The learners draw inspiration from their teachers as they consider them as role models. Their actions and words inspire them to achieve their dreams. The teachings of teachers always linger in the memories of learner’s which they will cherish forever.

The success of the school programs and activities depends on the attitude of the teachers. They are the vital ingredients of every school endeavor. It is like a shell without substance. Nothing will be achieved if not for the collaborative efforts of every member of the teaching staff. The strengths of the school are the teachers. Teamwork with a common vision will lead to fruitful success and great performance. Indeed, an excellent school needs not only smart teachers, good administrators, safe and complete facilities and relevant programs. But all of these can fail to produce successful learners and schools if the vital ingredient is missing, which is the cooperation and respect to everyone. Not one can do great things alone but we can do small things with great love and determination and together we can achieve something wonderful.

As teachers, we have a big privilege and responsibility to the performance and achievement of the school and most to the learners. Great teachers will result in great schools, great schools will produce great learners.
