Some are born great, others greatness and still other have greatness thrust upon them”.

Yes some remarkable people are born, others are made. Others become efficacies through hardwork and perseverance. And still others have greatness thrust upon them. A person who wants to be successful in life must be a living example of patience, perseverance, discipline, determination and sacrifice. These key qualities are the key ingredients for us to become successful. A person who knows how to persevere will be rewarded by God, hence consider success in life as God-given. One of God-given is Dr. Judith D. Baclig. She came to Macanaya Elementary School on October 2,2017. She is grateful to her 3 years of unceasing hardwork and commitment as Principal II.

She brought a huge amount of experience in various trainings and brought to Macanaya Elementary School a commitment based on her own experience of the education system and a much needed sense of direction and purpose. She came with a new statement needed of her own vision “developing the leaders of tomorrow”, and the three aims of the pursuit of excellence, the fulfillment of individual potential, and the commitment of local community. it was therefore natural that Macanaya Elementary School made a considerable commitment to exploring to a higher level.

Dr. Baclig said that in lieu of her new appointment as PSDS, she is banking on the cooperation of the teachers and school heads in the operation and management of the schools in Claveria and Sta. Praxedes, fortunate in leading a team of dedicated teachers and school heads in raising the bar of excellence. Teamwork according to her will make tasks easier.

In addition according to her, Leading is a journey to always become a better version of who we are as a person, as principal and newly promoted public schools district supervisor, and helping everything and everyone around us to become better too, because the growth and development of people is the highest calling of LEADERSHIP.
