When you visit, I hope you find the faculty staff beaming with dedication and who are devoted in giving their all for the betterment of our youngsters. I also hope that you find our school a safe and motivating environment. I also hope that you give us your support in shaping the future of the youngsters and in teaching them knowledge, wisdom, skills and values that they may need in their life.

Kapalutan Elementary School is headed by the dedicated Teacher-In-Charge, Mrs. Madelyn A. Costales, who is supported by six (6) committed teachers.

Kapalutan Elementary School is geared towards equipping the learners the knowledge that they need in stepping to the next ladder of education. It envisions learners to use this knowledge as they go on with their chosen endeavor. Moreover, it is an institution that teaches and gives wisdom to those who enter so that they may use these in their battle through life. The tagline of our school depicts the teachers’ commitment to deliver quality instruction to provide the knowledge and wisdom that learners need in facing real-life situations. Kapalutan Elementary School symbolizes the wheel which carries its learners towards the realization of their dreams.

LGU Allacapan installs Rescue vehicle at Capalutan

Allacapan, Cagayan - With the initiative of Hon. Harry D. Florida, Allacapan Mayor, barangay Capalutan received rescue vehicle on May 21, 2021.

With the installation of the rescue vehicle, the barangay hopes to save individuals who are in emergency needs and to help the people of the barangay who have insufficient financial resources in bringing their family members in the health center especially this pandemic times.

"We are very happy and we express our gratitude to the LGU of Allacapan especially the mayor for giving us the one rescue vehicle. It will really help our ka-barangays," Jimmy Duque, brgy. Capalutan Barangay Captain, said.
