History

There was a felt need for a school in the barangay so the barangay officials headed by Atanacio Almazan held a general assembly to come up for a school site and a school building. Four generous people donated ¼ hectare each, Marcos Almazan, Julian Rante, Teodoro Umbay and Tranquilino Salud. Other generous people donated construction materials for the school building. The school building was constructed through bayanihan.

June 1967, was a big day for barangay Bulo for it marks the opening of the long awaited school in the barangay. At first it was only one classroom building for a combination class Grade-I and II with a lone teacher.

Years passed, another classroom was constructed due to increase of school population, which houses the combination class of Grade-III and IV.

Year 2000, when the school became complete elementary with 3 combination classes and in year 2005, the school had 6 single classes with 6 teachers, 4 permanent and 2 LGU teachers.

Year 2008 when the school finally was blessed with full pledge school head-a principal passer in the person of Mrs. Maribel D. Udarbe.
