           Mr. Prudencio B. Javier Jr.,The Head Teacher III of Agani Elementary school initiated projects for the school’s continuous improvement.

Having a very big area to maintain, with a very minimal budget, the school head, teachers together with the parents came up with a plan in order for these projects to be realized.

           The parents  proved that the spirit of Bayanihan is still alive. They gave their services for free in all the projects initiated by the school. They voluntarily rendered their services and time.

  The first Bayanihan Project completed was the construction of the school canteen. Then the Hut was transferred near the school canteen to provide shade for the learners during recess and lunch time. The painting of the school buildings and classrooms, and the on going construction of the BSP and GSP nook.

Mr. Javier, the school head said, “Developing a common purpose where everybody come together to work for that purpose, remarkable things will happen”. He implemented a “priority-driven “action plan  where collaboration among parents, teachers, and stakeholders was established to improve pupils’ outcomes.
