Can I get the list of attendees?

Only Title sponsors have limited access to opted-in attendee emails, which will be available after the event.

Where do I RSVP for events?

Visit the Event Schedule page on this site for more details on all of the Headline Events.

To register for general DSW sessions, visit www.denverstartupweek.org to build your schedule beginning in August.

How do I get my Job Fair table?

Separate registration is required - please visit this site for more info.

Can I provide a speaker?

If you are interested in suggesting a company leader or contact for speaking opportunities in headline events, please contact Chantel – callbee@downtowndenver.com.

Can I have a table?

Your sponsorship includes a table at the Job Fair.

Title and Track sponsors also have the opportunity to drop off literature or set up a sponsor table at HQ or your Track venue throughout Denver Startup Week. Please note that Denver Startup Week does not provide anything beyond a 6’ table. We encourage you to bring a tablecloth and other décor (banners, balloons, etc.), giveaways, and volunteers to set up, staff, and clean up the table. To activate this benefit, please reach out to Chantel.

What should I include in my Sponsor Spotlight?

1. Craft your blurb

a. Tips & Tricks:

i. We recommend that your Spotlight be no longer than 3 paragraphs long

ii. Provide a call-to-action (e.g. Learn More, Sign Up, Check Us Out).

iii. Link to your Denver Startup Week Blog article, if you have it up already (information on the blog below)

2. Submit your blurb to Chantel - callbee@downtowndenver.com for inclusion in the newsletter

a. We have weekly newsletters going out through October. When you submit, we can either put the Sponsor Spotlight blurb in the next newsletter or, if preferred, assign it to a specific future newsletter.

b. The newsletter will get increasingly populated with content as we approach Denver Startup Week. Therefore, we recommend taking advantage of your Sponsor Spotlight sooner than later!

c. Should you like for your Sponsor Spotlight to take place after Denver Startup Week, that is a fine option (see Whole Foods example on the Examples page).
