ILTs group students by ability and interest

Teachers provide focused support of skills and/or enrichment needed by that group

ILTs are often project-based, allowing students to direct their own learning, with teacher supervision and support

GT students are required to share examples of their projects each year, encouraging them to hold themselves to high standards, and ensuring that their accomplishments do not go unseen.

ALP goal writing & progress monitoring

One-on-one meetings as needed 

Students who want regular check-ins may meet with GT teacher weekly either:

• During lunch (must sign up) OR

• During office hours (open to all) - Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 3:50-4:22

Accelerated math program

STEM elective = Destination Imagination (7th & 8th only)

Clubs and competitions

GT teacher collaborates to help provide appropriate options for GT differentiation, acceleration, and enrichment within the class
