Research, Development and Extension Project Proposals
Research, Development and Extension Project Proposals
One of the goals of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is to pursue its campaign for more meaningful delivery of services to various stakeholders. In response to this challenge, the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB) is pursuing programs and projects that would provide science-based inputs to further strengthen regulatory, development and service delivery functions of the DENR bureaus and offices.
ERDB, thru its Research Development and Extension Centers (RDECs), shall formulate RDE proposals annually for review and possible implementation. The ENR RDE Framework/Agenda is the principle guide in the development of proposals anchored in the identified priority programs on ecosystems (forest, urban, and coastal and freshwater) and other crosscutting concerns such as mining; land management; bamboo; medicinal plants; and gender and development considerations; among others.
