As a PTA, we strive to support YOU, the incredible staff of DCES, to promote student well-being, and assist in efforts to solve school needs through volunteering and funding. Key to our mission is encouraging an environment where teachers, ancillary staff, and administrators can do their best work and our students can do their best learning.

The reimbursement deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is JANUARY 9th, 2026.

FULL TIME staff is eligible for $200
PART TIME staff is eligible for $100
To qualify for PTA allotment, purchases must benefit the whole classroom.
You may combine allotments with other teachers, so long as purchases benefit both/all classes.
If you are able to get an Invoice, Quote, or Purchase Order, the PTA can write a check for the purchase, and the funds do not need to come out of your pocket first. This can not be a screenshot of a shopping cart.
