Please join us for our Dennis Chavez Elementary Science Fair! Students at all grade levels are encouraged to submit a project and parents and the community can join us the afternoon of March 18th right after school for an open house to view all the projects.  

The registration deadline for projects is March 6th and submission instructions for the Science Fair and the Kindergarten-2nd Grade Option are available below, along with a copy of the DCES Science Fair Handbook. 

Home projects (K-2 Option) are due March 16th. These projects will not be judged but will be displayed as part of the Fair. This option is available to all of our K-2 grade students as well as any of our Special Education students.

Projects submitted for judging can be turned in March 17th after school or March 18th before school. All students are welcome to submit a full project for judging, including our Kindergarteners, first graders, and second graders.
