Save the Date for DVISD’s 2nd Annual STEAM Extravaganza on January 26th, 2019. Del Valle ISD will be hosting our Extravaganza in combination with the TCEA Area 13 Robotics competition. Our goals for hosting this fun, family friendly event are to spur interest in Robotics, connect with the Area 10 community, draw interest to STEAM content areas, and showcase the great STEAMworks going on at DVISD.

- Interactive Activities for Attendees Facilitated by Community Organizations and De Valle ISD Students, Teachers, and Staff
Sphero Labyrinth

Ozobot Art
Use colored markers to program Ozobot movements an create artworks
DNA Extraction
Purify your DNA and wear it as a necklace charm
Other Activities Include: GirlStart Sound Sandwich (like a kazoo), Paper Circuits and Animation, 4-H Little Bits, 4-H Scribble Bots, Digital Painting, DVHS Audio Visual showcase, Dot & Dash Robotics Coding Challenge, Fun with Osmos, DVHS Student hosted Cintiq Board Painting, DVHS Student hosted Killer Robots with BLender, Hot Wheels Ramps Challenge, Science Olympiad Showcase, Teacher Hackathon, and University of Texas Information Booth
