Delta County Republican's Scholarship - Due February 1, 2025, but you must attend 2 monthly meetings and 3 additional Republican functions such as additional meetings with the Central Committee, listen to political speeches by Republican candidates at the Meet and Greets, attend the Lincoln Day Dinner, or participate in any parades, caucuses, or caucus training before the deadline of April 15, 2025. Meetings are only held 1x/month. Meetings are the first Tuesday evening of each month, held in Austin at the Surface Creek Community Church.
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Student must complete an essay of 1000 words or more on any two amendments in the Bill of Rights and what they mean to you.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship.
Voice of Democracy Essay Scholarship - Due October 31, 2024
Essay contest, $1,000 state winner award, $35,000 national winner award.
Boettcher Foundation Scholarship - Due November 1, 2024
The Boettcher Foundation Scholarship supports Colorado’s high-potential graduating seniors by providing them with a comprehensive scholarship program to attend a Colorado college or university.
Scholars receive an annual fixed amount of $20,000 per year from Boettcher for four years. Competitive applicants must have outstanding leadership, community service, scholastic excellence, and character. Students apply directly online at www.boettcherfoundation.org
Greenhouse Scholars - Due November 14, 2024
Dedicated to students who are true catalysts for positive change in their community. Applicants must demonstrate outstanding leadership, community service, overcome obstacles to relentlessly pursue higher education, have at least a 3.5 cum GPA, demonstrate financial need (annual gross income no greater than $80,000), plan to attend a 4 year college.
Elk's National Foundation Most Valuable Student & Legacy Scholarships - Due November 12, 2024
Applicants will be judged on scholarship, leadership, and financial need.
Eligibility: Current high school seniors, who are citizens of the United States are eligible to apply. Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks.

Elk's Legacy Awards - Due February 3, 2025
Legacy Awards are $4,000 scholarships available to children and grandchildren of Elks members. Any child or grandchild of a living Elk who joined the order on or before April 1, 2022, or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, 2022, is eligible to apply.

Daniel's Fund Scholarship - Application period: September 16, 2024 - October 18, 2024
The Daniels Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for motivated students to attend the college of their choice. Daniels Scholars® will receive up to $100,000 to be applied at any two- or four-year, nonprofit, accredited college or university in the United States, depending on financial need. Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship - Due November 14, 2024
The Cooke College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's top four-year colleges and universities.
To be eligible to apply to the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program you must:
•Graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2025
•Intend to enroll full time in an accredited four-year college beginning in fall 2025
•Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above
•Demonstrate unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family annual gross income up to $95,000. During the selection process, the Foundation will conduct a full financial review which will take into account all income and assets of the student and the student’s parents.
National Honor Society Scholarship - Due November 26, 2024
To be eligible to apply, a student must be a current high school senior and a member in good standing of an active NHS chapter. An NHS student account holder, verified by the NHS chapter adviser. Student must be planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Hagan Scholarship Foundation - Due December 1, 2024
Nationwide, need based, merit scholarship for high achieving students. Students must graduate from a county with fewer than 50,000 residents. 350 scholarships awarded annually. Must achieve a 3.5 cum gpa, must attend 4-year college, must work 240 hours from January 1, 2025 until the commencement of the 2025 fall semester in college. Applicant's Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2023 Federal income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $85,000. FRA (Fleet Reserve Association) Americanism Essay Contest - Due December 1, 2024
FRA sponsors an annual essay contest to promote the spirit of Americanism and patriotism among our country’s youth. FRA's Americanism Essay Contest is open to all students, grades 7 through 12, including those who are home schooled. Students are invited to submit a 350-word essay through an FRA member or local FRA branch before the December 1st deadline. Local winners are forwarded for competition at the regional level and regional winners compete for national prizes.
Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship - Due December 15, 2023
Scholarship of up to $40,000(up to $10,000/year) toward an undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science and an offer to complete a summer internship with Amazon.
Derrick Law Firm Scholarship - Due December 15, 2024
The Dirk Derrick Car & Truck Accident Injury Scholarship is an award for any current or soon-to-be undergraduate student in the United States who has had his or her life altered due to an injury from a car or truck accident, be it their own injury, that of a loved one, or an influential individual.

Pinnacol Foundation Scholarship - Due February 15, 2025
To be eligible for Pinnacol Foundation Scholarship you must:
Be the natural child, adopted child, stepchild or full dependent of a worker who was injured or killed in a compensable work-related accident during the course and scope of employment with a Colorado-based employer and was entitled to receive benefits under the Colorado Workers’ Compensation Act. It doesn’t matter which insurance company covered your parent’s claim.
Be between the ages of 16 and 25 at the time of the application deadline

Dorian De Long Arts and Music Scholarship - Due March 1, 2025
The scholarship is an award of $1,500 - $2,500 made annually to one or more graduating Colorado high school students planning on majoring or minoring in the arts (visual or performing) at a Colorado university/college/post-secondary institution.

Boom and Bucket's Scholarship - Due March 31, 2024
Boom & Bucket is offering a scholarship of $1,000 to be awarded each year to a student pursuing a heavy machinery themed program. This scholarship is available to both currently enrolled students and future students who are planning to attend a program within the next 12 months. The program can be at a college or a trade school anywhere in the United Sates or Canada. To apply, students must write a 500+ word essay or record a 2-minute video explaining who you are and what makes you excited about the heavy equipment space.
LAEF Latin American Education Foundation - Due March 15, 2025

Colorado Council on High School/College Relations Volunteerism & Community Service Scholarship -- Due March 15, 2025
$1,500 one-time scholarships to 16 deserving Colorado high school seniors each year to assist with defraying the cost of tuition and fees of college. The Scholarships are distributed among the seven CCHS/CR districts for education in the State of Colorado.

The Colorado Society of Mayflower Descendants Scolarship Awards - Due March 1, 2025
One $1,620.00 scholarship to a high school senior planning to attend any accredited college, university or vocational institution. Having a Mayflower ancestor is not a requirement. Applicants must be residents of the State of Colorado and a citizen of the U.S. Criteria includes a written essay on the topic given, evidence of activities, leadership, and honors received, GPA and class rank, a letter of recommendation and Mayflower ancestry if pertinent.
Colorado County Clerks Association - Due March 28, 2025
Established to aid outstanding Colorado graduating high school seniors in furthering their education, particularly in the field of public service. Student must have a minimum 3.25 GPA, demonstrate financial need or hardship, and participate in extracurricular, community and service activities.

Ute Trails Car Club- Due March 10, 2025
This scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a post-secondary education, with preference given to students pursuing further expertise and degrees in automotive and technology fields. Preference is also given to students interested in Technical College training and who want to stay and work in a small town.

Independent Community Bankers of Colorado (ICBC) Scholarship - Due April 25, 2025
ICBC will award five $1,750 one-time, one-year scholarships, to be applied towards the cost of tuition, fees and books at a public or private university, college, junior or community college, or vocational/trade school.
Requirements:
Cumulative 3.0 GPA
Student or parent/guardians must have a banking relationship at an ICBC member bank or branch for at least six months.
Delta Kappa Gamma - Due March 14, 2025

Colorado Rural Schools Alliance Student Advocacy Scholarship: Due March 30, 2025

This is a merit-based scholarship of $2,200 given in memory of Reid Gates to one or two seniors at CHS. The winner/winners will be selected by a committee of people from our community based on both teacher/coach and student forms.
Colorado Garden Foundation - Due March 15, 2025
Full - Ride Scholarship
This scholarship offered by Colorado Garden Foundation is a four-year full -ride scholarship available to an incoming freshman resident from Colorado at a publicly funded Colorado college or university. This scholarship includes tuition, fees, room & board, and all required books for the four years. In addition, the student will be given a laptop computer and printer at the start of their freshman year. Delta Odd Fellows Lodge #116 Scholarship - Due April 1, 2025
Scholarships may be used at Institutions of higher education or technical trade schools. Scholarship must be mailed and postmarked no later than April 1, 2025.
Delta County Federal Credit Union - Due April 4, 2025
One $1,000 CHS scholarship award to members of the Delta County Credit Union.
Eligibility Requirements
▪ The Delta County Federal Credit Union (DCFCU) scholarships are open to Credit Union members in good standing. If applicant is not a current member of DCFCU, applicant may become eligible by obtaining membership prior to the application due date.
▪ Delta County Federal Credit Union scholarships are open to pending 2024 graduates of Delta County Joint District 50 Schools. Applicants must plan to pursue an undergraduate degree or certification from an accredited college, university, or technical school and be accepted in the fall of 2024.
Jess Miller Memorial Scholarship - Due April 11, 2025
Established to honor the memory of Coach Jess Miller. Jess had a profound impact on the lives of countless young people in Delta County through his coaching. This year two $500 scholarships will be awarded to Delta County high school senior wrestlers with a GPA of 2.5 or better.

OakStar Scholarship - Due April 10, 2025
$1,000 scholarship to one CHS senior with a minimum of 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students who actively participate in extracurricular activities and are generally well-rounded individuals (good grades, participate in activities, and take on leadership responsibilities).

Elberta Rebekah Lodge #106 Scholarship - Due April 10, 2025
Cedaredge Elberta Rebekah Lodge No. 106, attempting to encourage continued education, and to recognize qualities, such as accomplishment, integrity, citizenship, and educational planning, is pleased to offer this award in recognition of these qualities. Any CHS graduating senior, who anticipates further education or training at a college, university, or fully accredited trade school of their choice, may apply for this award. Financial need is a prime consideration. This year the Elberta Rebekah Lodge will award two (2) CHS seniors with $750.00.

$500.00 scholarship award funded by the Delta County Democratic Party. Applicants must plan to pursue post-secondary training at a college, university, technical, or trade school. An essay, written by the applicant, on the specific topic, must accompany the completed scholarship application.
SeniorCare.com Aging Matters Scholarship - Due May 15, 2025
A $1500 scholarship will be given annually to a selected college student that currently cares for an aging loved one, works within the senior community, or intends to pursue a career that will have an impact on the elder population. Any existing student (or incoming freshman), in good academic standing, at a 2 or 4 year accredited college can apply for this scholarship. And the recipient will demonstrate a unique and admirable understanding and desire to show us that "Aging Matters" to them.
AES Engineering Scholarship - Due October 8, 2025
This $500 award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible. Students must submit an essay of between 500 and 1000 words in answer to the following questions:
