Welcome! 

My name is Allie Paine, and I am your child's English Language Arts teacher this school year. I graduated from Rowan University with a B.A. in English, a B.A. in Subject Matter Education, and an M.A. in Counseling in Educational Settings. I am certified to teach grades six through twelve and counsel grades Pre-K through twelve. I love cats, reading, and watching shows and movies.

I strive to create a classroom culture of respect, inclusivity, and growth. Through their successes and failures, students will grow as writers, readers, and people, as we explore various techniques and concepts through myriad literary works.

I am hoping to instill in my students a sense of responsibility and an inclination toward empathy in order to prepare them for the challenges they will face as they progress through life and eventually make their way toward adulthood and the post-secondary world.
