What Themes are we going to use to examine Western Civilizations?
We will be looking at the material through a Eurocentric lens, which means that we will be analyzing these events through a European perspective, rather then an American or Global point of view.
In order to better understand, and assess the impact Western Civilizations had on the world, we will be using several themes to guide our learning.
These themes include:
Interaction of Europe and the World (INT)
Economic and Commercial Developments (ECD)
Cultural and Intellectual Developments (CID)
