AP Exam Registration Process:
1- All students must have an account with CollegeBoard using a non-Delsea email. If you have not already done so go to: myap.collegeboard.org and click the sign-up link to create an account. This can, and should, be done as soon as possible. Note: students who have registered for the SAT will already have an account. Delsea counselors are not able to reset passwords - you have to contact collegeboard.
2- All AP students should have received a “join code” from their AP teacher for each AP class in which they are enrolled. Once they receive their join code, they can log back into myap.collegeboard.org to join each of their class sections. During this process, they MUST indicate whether or not they plan to take the AP exam for that class. Important – most registrations are set to “yes” by default. Students must log on to make sure the correct ordering indicator is on for each test (yes/no).
3- By October 31st Submit this form with a check/money order ($99 per exam - free/reduced lunch students $25 per exam) made payable to Delsea Regional High School to Mrs. Pilitowski in the guidance office. If you need a payment plan please email Mrs. Pilitowski. Accounts must be paid in full by February 25th - deposit required by October 31st.
Important dates:
October 31st at noon -Registration deadline - test order status must be current on the CollegeBoard site and paper form and payment (or deposit) must be turned in to Mrs. Pilitowski in guidance.
Orders submitted after October 31st at noon will be subject to a $40 late order fee.

The deadline to apply for dual credit and receive the discounted tuition rate of $95/credit is Friday, February 20th. Beyond that date (and up until August 28, 2026) students can still apply for dual credit, but they will be charged the full tuition rate, which is $255 per credit for the 2025-2026 school year, out of county.
1- Submit online application at: http://www.salemcc.edu/dualcredit
2- Note about social security numbers: The forms ask for the student’s Social Security Numbers, as families are eligible to claim these payments on their taxes. In order to get the documentation for that, we need the SSNs for the student (not guardian).
3- Obtain your Salem County transcript over the summer using the following link: https://www.salemcc.edu/current-students/transcript-requests
