Dear Athletes and Parents:

We have rolled out a new athletic clearance process throughout Poway Unified School District.  We will be using Home Campus for our athletic clearance management.  You will still need to bring in 3 original, hard copy forms (Ticket To Play Link below) to our athletics department to get a "clearance email", but this is a more streamlined and easier process to follow.  Please click on the link below to get started, and refer to the "How to" PDF attached for more information.  

We also have our Physical Night coming up on May 29!
