Educational History ~ Mrs. Cissna graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Liberal Studies. She received her teaching credential and CLAD certificate from National University. She received her Administrative Credential from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Professional Experience ~ This is Mrs. Cissna 27th year in the Del Mar Union School District. Previously, she worked at Carmel Del Mar School and Sage Canyon School before moving to Del Mar Heights School in 2005.

Personal History ~ Mrs. Cissna is married to Keith Cissna. They have two wonderful boys; Cade age 27 and Cole age 21. Mrs. Cissna and her family live in Solana Beach and enjoy traveling and spending time with extended family and friends.
