I have been teaching at Del Mar Heights since 1997. I've taught kindergarten, second, and third grade. I absolutely love teaching at the Heights and enjoy the enthusiasm of our students and families. I believe kids learn best when they feel safe and their strengths are noticed. I can't wait to begin another exciting year!

I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was in first grade and have never changed my mind! My husband and I live in San Marcos less than 15 minutes away from where we both grew up. We have two young adult daughters attending college at Cal State San Marcos and Cal State Long Beach. I enjoy hiking and spending time at the beach and lakes with my family.
