My goal is to create a safe, supportive classroom where students feel empowered to take positive risks, ask big questions, and engage in meaningful, purposeful learning. I strive to help every student take ownership of their educational journey—building critical thinking skills, self-confidence, and strong, positive relationships along the way. Above all, I want every child to leave my classroom knowing they are deeply valued and supported. Together, we are building a classroom community of thoughtful, confident, and compassionate lifelong learners.

What to Expect in 5th Grade

Fifth grade is a vibrant year of academic growth, personal discovery, and emerging independence. In our classroom, students will be encouraged to take initiative, think critically, and cultivate a genuine enthusiasm for learning within a nurturing environment. Strong partnerships make all the difference—when teachers, parents, and students collaborate as a team, incredible things happen.
