What to Expect in Primary Spanish
Maestra Gjata is thrilled to begin her first year teaching at DMUSD as a primary Spanish teacher! She is a strong advocate of bilingualism and learning a foreign language as it provides students the opportunity to gain knowledge and appreciation for other cultures and languages, and experience the cognitive and academic benefits of bilingualism.
Maestra Gjata looks forward to immersing students in the Spanish language and culture through art, music, and game-based learning. Her goal is to build confidence and curiosity within each student as they practice Spanish conversation while instilling an appreciation and understanding for diverse cultures.
Life Outside of School
