I am so excited to be with the Carmel Del Mar family. I have been working in Special Education since 2009, and have my Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential with a master’s degree in Special Education. I love my job and I love working with students with learning differences. I have a passion for finding techniques to help anchor a student’s learning as well as having a strong belief that every child can learn.
This year will be a great one full of learning, laughing, and growing. I am excited to join with your family in furthering your student’s learning journey.

5 fun facts about me:
I grew up in the Encinitas/Olivenhain area-- It is crazy how much the area has grown.
I have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. They live in Henderson, NV; Indianapolis, IN; Fresno, CA; San Antonio, TX. We all get together 2 times a year for a week each--once in July and once at Christmas.
I love learning. I always have a book to read and love watching educational shows.
I have been to 16 countries and 31 states. I am always up for some travel adventure.
I enjoy being happy and looking on the bright side of life. I believe we can all learn and grow each day. Life Motto: Bring it on!
