Allyson serves on the senior leadership team for Dell Technology Education Services leading the enablement for the organization. Allyson joined Dell in 2006 and has spent her career in the Education Services in a variety of roles including Product Manager, global Delivery Director and most currently Enablement Leader. Prior to joining Dell, Allyson grew her career in the learning industry with companies like IBM and Thompson NETg with an emphasis on marketing and business development. Outside of work, Allyson enjoys traveling and being outdoors. Her and her husband are recent empty nesters and enjoy glamping, hiking and fishing.

Bethany has been at Dell Technologies for 4 months. The best part about her role is meeting Dell team members worldwide and working with them to be the most authentic version of themselves on social media. Something Bethany is professionally proud of is her time teaching and training students and educators in Central Texas. One of her aspirations is to travel to all seven continents. Something interesting about Bethany is before coming to Dell, she worked in public education teaching history, geography, and world cultures.



Ananta Nair

Ananta Nair is an Artificial Intelligence Technical Engineer at Dell Technologies working with the Data Centric Workloads and Solutions (DCWS) team. She is an experienced AI specialist who uses her expertise and Dell’s AI Ecosystem to provide innovative solutions for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics to meet a variety of business needs. Prior to joining Dell, Ananta worked at the intersection of computational neuroscience and artificial general intelligence research. Her work focused on identifying the advantages and shortcomings of current artificial intelligence architectures as well as developing system level theories, algorithms, and neural network models of decision making, higher order cognition, and intelligence to emulate the capabilities of the human brain.

Anup Varier has been at Dell Technologies for over seven years. As a content specialist in the Office of the CTO, he enjoys the opportunity to interact with the brightest minds in technology. He is proud of the growth and career moves he has made, thanks to the open, flexible, and inclusive culture at Dell Technologies. One of his goals is to help people navigate the winding paths that lead to a fulfilling career. Anup is fluent in four languages and uses at least three every day.


Maggie Becker

Maggie Becker (she/her/hers) has been at Dell Technologies for 16 months. The best part about her role is developing and empowering sellers to excel, thrive, and grow in their careers by facilitating learning and delivering training. In her previous role, she created and managed a program for current underrepresented minority college students to explore skills and careers in sales. Maggie is professionally proud of co-leading a college career center to be ranked in all three of the Princeton Review career categories in 2018, and recently earning Worcester Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award for the Class of 2022. One of her aspirations is to continuously empower college students and early career professionals to accomplish their personal and professional goals. Something unique about Maggie is that she designed and upholstered a chair out of the suitcase that her grandparents used to immigrate to the United States.

Ann has been at Dell for the past 6 years and has been in the IT industry for over 20 years holding a variety of positions in Sales and Operations. Ann holds a degree from Western University and is currently a member of the Dell Women in Action Group.


Bernard Mafi

Program Manager with Fair Chance Learning


ESPORTS INDUSTRY

Bernard has been a mainstay in Toronto’s grassroots gaming and esports communities for well over a decade. He peaked at #1 in Canada and #51 worldwide in the competitive title Super Smash Bros. Melee, and has appeared in media collaborations with Vice, Red Bull, BBC, Cineplex and Superchannel1. As a graduate of Canada’s first-ever esports diploma program, he successfully translated his experiences playing, coaching, and facilitating into educational achievement. He is perpetually fascinated by the intersection of gaming and education; and showing others how we can transform student outcomes using media they naturally engage with. He currently works as a Program Manager with Fair Chance Learning, overseeing their partnership with Epic Games to bring interactive 3D and career skills into the classroom environment.
