Welcome to Ms. Palmer's Math Class

Welcome to 6th grade math at DIS!  My name is Natalie Palmer and this is my 12th year as a teacher in DelanoI earned my BS in Education, a BS in Special Education, a Master's  degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology and an SPSS degree in Educational Psychology at Central Michigan University. Prior to teaching, I worked as a School Psychologist in Michigan.

During the school year, I teach a variety of math classes all day; in the summer months, I direct the Middle School musical  which we preform at the start of the school year.

I live in the Rockford area with my husband Rich and we love spending time with our children and their spouses.  I enjoy snorkeling, lattes, reading, running, wave surfing, music, green tea mints, Fritos, Resse's pieces and traveling back to my home to Rapid City, SD.

I'm crazy about teaching 6th grade; every year is better than the last.  Sixth graders are energetic, creative and hilarious; I believe I have the best job in the world and I'm so excited to meet you and your parents!!  To learn more about math and find some helpful sites, click on 6th Math or Accel.
