Welcome to the distance page for the Delano Track and Field Team. On this page you will find videos, websites, and workout plans that will be resources for you to use in order to have a healthy and successful season! The best runners are not made for the two hours a day coaches see you at practice. What are you doing in the off-season and during the other "twenty-two" hours a day that will make you better?
