Exciting Grant

Great News! Pearson School has been awarded the Learning Through Gardening Grant from the NJ Agriculture Society. Out of 27 schools, 6 were chosen to receive this grant. The grant will continue over two years. In the first year grades two, three, and four will receive the raised gardening beds, supplies, and plants. In year two grades K, 1, and 5 will also receive their gardening beds, plants, and supplies. Even though the roll-out will be in two stages, all students will be invited to attend a kick-off party hosted by the NJ Agriculture Society and participate in events such as a statewide poster contest.
