ARC Resource Guide January 2023.docxThe DeKalb Access and Resource Center (ARC) acts as a hub of information and support to families served by DeKalb County DFCS as well as those in the community. Over the past 9 years, the ARC has sought to foster growth within the DeKalb area by way of community groups (Family Policy Council, Kinship Care), community meetings (Lunch and Learn Workshops), and by partnering with neighboring agencies and services (DeKalb Work source, Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta).
